While the Indian Movie lovers are eagerly waiting for the release date of “Fanney Khan”, a musical comedy film featuring Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Rajkummar Rao, the Supreme Court now paves away to reveal the ultimate release date of the film! Surely, this is a big shock for all the Aishwarya fans, Rajkummar fans, and Anil fans! But, the bench of justice including R F Nariman and Indu Malhotra at the Supreme Court has refused the plea of Fanney Kahn’s producer, Vashu Bhagnani.
Fanney Khan, the musical comedy film, is produced by Pooja Entertainment and Films Ltd which is going to be the remake of the great Belgium Film named “Everybody’s Famous”. In this film, Anil Kapoor plays the role of a father who desperately wants to make his daughter a very famous singer! While Aishwarya is playing the role of Ani’s daughter, Rajkummar is playing the role of a famous soloist. For knowing the entire story, you have to wait till its release date!
But, the Supreme Court paved everyone’s wishes today simply by disagreeing to the plea of Vashu Bhagnani. Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Rajkummar Rao’s Fanny Khan are surely not going to screen on the scheduled date of 3rd August.
In defense of this shocking decision, the bench of justice of R F Nariman and Indu Malhotra has made Vashu Bhagnani responsible for not following all distribution rights for “Fanny Khan”! According to the bench of justice, Pooja Entertainment and Films Ltd has not strictly followed the distribution rights that were given to T- Series.
The petitioner now claims to pay Rs 8.50 crore out of Rs 10 crore, the total sole distribution rights cost for the film “Fanney Khan”. Pooja Entertainment and Films Ltd has further claimed that Kriarj Entertainment Private Ltd had approached them in November 2017 for the distribution rights! So, there are no means of delaying the release date or screening date of the upcoming movie, “Fanny Khan”.
According to the sources, the distribution and exhibition rights of “Fanney Khan” are actually clashing with another movie “Batti Gul Meter Chalu”. Last year, on December 16, Pooja Entertainment and Films has cleared the interface. Shockingly, there are no means of putting the reputation and profitability of the well-known petitioners in a most shocking and unjustified manner! For now, we all have to wait until the Supreme Court states the screening date of Fanny Khan!
