Nokia maintains its strategic line in the smartphone market with the launch of new Android models, although this time it goes further by giving way to a new range of low-cost Nokia smartphones with Android Go.
Similarly, the Finns seem determined not to give up giving a second life to those phones that were their most successful models in the 90s. Under that perspective, Nokia has announced in the framework of the MWC 2018 it’s renewed new Nokia 8110 4G
An Original Design with Renewed Touches
The first references and official photos of the new Nokia 8110 4G show a line of design that evokes the most distinguishing features of the model in its premiere more than two decades ago.
Those aesthetic features to which we refer are the slight curvature of its casing, with an oval shape, but also the sliding lid system. A mechanical system by which the user can pick up calls with a downward movement.
The Software Also Adapts To the Circumstances
In the same way that the Nokia 8110 4G design has a major update, the software does the same to offer users advanced features and applications, despite being one of the so-called feature phones.
While it is not Android One, Nokia has included a system that will make use of apps as recurrent as Google Assistant, Google Maps or the search engine of the great G. There are also integrated applications for Facebook and Twitter, among others.
