Yes, dairy products like milk and cheese are good for our health. But, you should never drink a glass of milk on your empty stomach, especially warm milk! Also, make sure that you don’t drink milk with fruits. Otherwise, this might lead to stomach bloating problems and stomach pain as well. It’s recommended, that you should drink a glass of light-warm milk before going to sleep. So, if you are practicing this unhealthy habit daily, avoid it and change the timing accordingly!
Taking any kind of oral anti-inflammatory drug:
While we take medicines, doctors always recommend which medicine to take before the meal or after the meal or on empty stomach. Also, doctors clearly specify not to take any kind of anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen or Aspirin on an empty stomach as that might lead to stomachache and serious stomach lining issues. So, always have anti-inflammatory drugs after having food. That doesn’t mean that you have to eat a full meal for taking the anti-inflammatory drugs, you can have a few biscuits first!
Drinking or smoking:
Although drinking and smoking both are injurious to our health, you should never drink or smoke when you are hungry. Drinking alcohol on an empty stomach might affect the health of your liver and kidney. So, it’s important that you always eat side dishes while drinking a bottle of beer or alcohol. Also, try to avoid smoking on an empty stomach as it affects your overall health!
Constant exercising with an empty stomach:
Undoubtedly, exercising is good for our health. But, over-exercising is not at all good, especially when your stomach is empty. Many people say; it’s better to do meditation on an empty stomach. But, that doesn’t mean you have to do intense work out for hours and hours on an empty stomach. While exercising, drink a lot of water and make sure that your stomach is not fully empty!
